One app your team actually opens.
Talk, plan, get it done.
Give everyone one place to talk about the work, move it along, and write things down. Because it all happens in the same thread, the hours are already logged and the invoice is already half written.
Most of it is just working together.
Your team talks, plans and ships in one place. Once a week you approve what happened. The invoices are a side effect.
Talk where the work is
Every project is a thread. Questions, decisions, files and screen recordings land next to the ticket they are about, so nobody digs through email to find out what was agreed.
Move it along and write it down
Tickets go across the board, runbooks and client notes go in docs, and the timer runs from the channel you are already in. Nobody opens a timesheet; the timesheet falls out of the work.
Approve once a week. The rest follows.
One screen shows what everyone did. You approve it, and the client invoice and contractor payables are built from those same numbers. That part is yours to check, not to type.
Four pieces that already know about each other.
A ticket number in a message is the same ticket the hours were logged against, and the same line on the invoice. Nothing gets typed twice.
Chat
Project channels, direct messages, and a daily log. Type a ticket number and it becomes a link, so the conversation and the work stay attached.

Backlog, in progress, review, done. Assign a person and a project, archive the column when the month closes.
See it in detail →Docs
Runbooks, onboarding, client notes and payment terms. New people start here instead of asking the same four questions.
See it in detail →Time & invoices
A timer or a filled-in week. You approve once; the invoice is built from approved hours at the rate on each record. Contracts sit on the same record.

Month to month. Cancel whenever and keep access to the end of the month. Your data exports in full at any time, no charge to leave.
Per-seat pricing punishes you for growing.
This is what Oppy Technologies was paying per person, per month, before NUVI. Drag the team size and watch it move.
List prices as paid by Oppy Technologies in 2026. NUVI replaces the chat, boards, docs, time tracking, video and contractor admin lines. It does not replace email, and it does not run payroll or move money.
Pay people in their currency, the way they already get paid.
Each contractor fills in their own details once: legal name, address, invoice currency, and how to pay them. NUVI works out what is owed from approved hours. You pay it through Wise, PayPal or your bank, and it never touches the money.
Four things that stay true, in writing.
Small teams get burned by software that changes the deal once they depend on it. These are the ones we won't change.
Nobody pays to join
One flat price for the workspace. Add a contractor, a client, a new hire; the bill does not move. Charging per seat makes you think twice about adding the person you need.
Your data is yours
Export everything, in full, at any time, for nothing. We do not sell it, mine it, or train anything on it. Leave and it is deleted.
We never touch the money
NUVI works out what is owed and to whom. You pay it through Wise, PayPal or your bank. No payments licence, no float, no cut.
Turn off what you do not use
A team that only needs time and invoices sees time and invoices. Chat, boards and docs switch on when you want them, not before.
What we're building, and why.
Attachments and screen recordings, in tickets and in chat.
You can now drop files into a ticket or a message, and record your screen without leaving the page. The recording lands in the conversation and in Docs, not as a link to somewhere else.
Everything that changed in August.
The changelog lists what shipped. This is the same month with the reasoning attached, because a one-line entry rarely explains why a change was worth making.
Why we do not run payroll, and are not going to soon.
NUVI works out what is owed and to whom. It does not calculate payroll, file anything, or move money. That is a deliberate line, and this is where it is drawn.
Oppy Technologies has grown steadily since 2020, and every tool we added charged us per person. At thirty people, chat, boards, docs, time tracking, video and contractor admin were costing more each month than most of the actual software we build with. NUVI is the app I wanted to hand my team instead. All of our contractor management runs through it now.

No, and not soon. NUVI tracks employee time and turns it into project cost and client billing, but it does not calculate or file payroll, and it does not move money. Keep paying staff through whatever you use today.
Yes. The price is for the workspace, not the headcount. A two-person business and a forty-person one pay the same $30, because charging per seat makes you think twice about adding the person you need.
No. Someone on the crew sees their own rate, their own hours and their own invoices. What you bill a client is visible only to owners.
No. NUVI works out what is owed and to whom; you pay it through Wise, PayPal or your bank. Adding a payments licence would put the price up, and most people have that part solved.
In. The crew record already holds the rate and the engagement type, so the agreement sits in the same place: draft it from the template, sign, and send a link. They sign from a phone, the signed PDF stays on the record, and a new contractor gets their account and their rate in the same step.
Export everything, in full, at any time, free. Export stays available for ninety days after you cancel, then the data is deleted. Ask and we will delete it sooner.
A nu way to work.
Give your team one app for talking, planning and getting things done. Free for one person, $30 a month for a team of any size. No card to start.
